This was my first proper Paleo meal creation. It was simple and tasty, it has now become a weekly regular.
You need:
Chicken Breasts
Bacon
Tomatoes
Savoy Cabbage
Red Cabbage
White Onion
You do:
Slice breasts into thick chicken strips and wrap the bacon round them individually. I cut the tomatoes in half and lay cut side facing up with the chicken. These bake lovely and their flavour really comes out.
Lay on grease proof and bake in the oven 200℃ for about 15mins.
You may notice in my photo they are layed on top of potatoes. The potatoes are for my wonderfully supportive man to enjoy!
The cabbages and onion just thinly slice and when chicken is ready, quickly stir fry and serve. I used walnut oil for this.
